Mon Amie means “my friend”. From the Hoang Vy tailoring house of 1991 to our five showrooms today, most of our clients have come to us through a friend's recommendation. Les Amis is our programme for partners who want to look after gentlemen on the days that matter to them.

02 · How referrals work
Three ways to refer, one partner code
Every partner receives a personal code. Mon Amie records your clients against it in our partner system — sign in to see where each client stands, even when they return years later.
Option 1
Introduce directly
Send your client's name and number from your partner account. We get in touch, advise them and record the client to you.
Option 2
You advise, you close
You advise and confirm the order; the client pays Mon Amie directly; we pay your commission.
Option 3
Give a Les Amis voucher
Hand your client a voucher with your code, or share your personal link or QR code. Whenever they come in, it counts for you.
03 · Commission
10% on every order, from your first referral
Commission is paid on the actual order value — what the client pays, excluding 8% VAT. Discounted or promotional orders still earn 10% of what the client pays. Commission is confirmed once the client has paid in full and collected the order.
Wedding & business suits, tuxedos, shirts, trousers, accessories, rentals
10% of the actual order value
Corporate uniform contracts
5–7% of the actual contract value, by order

When
Monthly (with a statement) or per order — you choose when you apply.
How
Bank transfer to the account you register in the partner system.
Tax
Individual partners receive the full amount — Mon Amie covers personal income tax.

Every order listed — date, value, commission — online at any time.

Your clients, in our care
Fittings at your premises
Studio, hotel or office — we measure and fit your clients right where you are.
English-speaking service
English-speaking staff in every showroom; video consultations on WhatsApp or Viber before the client arrives.
Priority scheduling
3–10 days depending on the order, 24 hours at the fastest; priority slots for your clients.
Progress updates to you
Measured · fitted · delivered — you always know where your client's order stands.
Four things we keep to
- No promises on our behalf. Please don't promise prices, timelines or offers beyond our published policy.
- No collecting payments. Clients pay Mon Amie directly (Ami Privé partners follow their own agreement).
- Our name and images, as supplied. Use the Mon Amie name, logo and photos exactly as supplied.
- No discounting. Please don't advertise Mon Amie discounts or promotions without our agreement.

It takes two minutes. We review every application and get back to you within one or two working days; once approved, you receive an account on our partner system — your partner code, referral link and QR code, and a live view of your clients and commission.
