You meet a stylist and tailor at one of our showrooms (or at your hotel or office anywhere in Vietnam), talk through the occasion and the style you want, have your measurements taken and choose your cloth. The suit is cut and made in our own workshop, refined at a fitting if you want one, then collected at the showroom or sent to you. Mon Amie takes a full set of measurements on our own measurement sheet and keeps your profile on file for life for future orders.

Yes. With Online Tailoring, your stylist consults with you on a video call, guides you through measuring step by step (or uses your stored profile if we have measured you before) and helps you choose cloth from detailed photos. Online consultations take place by video call on WhatsApp or Viber, at +84 888 111 118. Collect at a showroom, or have your order delivered anywhere in Vietnam or abroad. For deliveries, the full balance is settled before we ship; shipping costs are quoted for your address.

Most clients need just one fitting before collection — and if you prefer, you can skip the fitting altogether; it is entirely up to you. Any adjustments afterwards are covered by our warranty. At the fitting, the tailor refines the shoulders, waist and sleeve length on you — tell us your dates in the city and your stylist will schedule it around them.

A made-to-measure suit is finished in 3–10 days depending on your requirements (style, cloth and whether you want a fitting); when time is short, Mon Amie can complete a suit in as little as 24 hours. Rush orders carry no extra charge. Only in exceptional emergencies, when our tailors must work overtime to meet your deadline, a 10–25% surcharge applies — your stylist will confirm it before accepting the order.

Adjustments are part of the process: anything that isn't right at your fitting or on collection is corrected by our tailors. If your suit is not well made or not in the style agreed, Mon Amie will adjust it until you are satisfied; if it still falls short, we refund 100% of what you paid. After that, your suit is covered by our 3-year free warranty. If you are already back home, send us photos or book a video call and your stylist will advise on the next step.

Contact us before you travel and book your first appointment for your first day in the city. Choose a cloth we have in stock, and keep your fitting early in your stay so there is time to refine the fit. When time is short, we can complete a suit in as little as 24 hours. When you place an order, 50% of the order value is paid upfront; the remaining 50% is paid when you collect your garments. We accept cash, bank transfer to our company account and card payments (including cards issued abroad); every payment is confirmed with you directly by a Mon Amie staff member. Prices are quoted and paid in Vietnamese dong (VND); US dollar figures on this page are for reference only.

If your suit is not well made or not in the style agreed, Mon Amie will adjust it until you are satisfied; if it still falls short, we refund 100% of what you paid.

Free 3-year warranty: adjustments if your weight changes by 3–5 kg, plus repairs for lifted interfacing, lost buttons and seam failures. After three years we still carry out repairs for a small fee. Not covered: improper care (washing or drying incorrectly), snags and tears, burns from flames or cigarettes, and fading from chemicals or sunlight — we will still help put things right as best we can.

Yes. Staff at all five showrooms can advise you in English.

Listed prices exclude 8% VAT and are the same at all five showrooms; your final quote is confirmed by your stylist once measurements are taken and the cloth is chosen.
