Questions
How accurate are measurements from height and weight?
Shoulder, sleeve and length are usually within 1–1.5 cm; chest and waist within about 3 cm. That is why a stylist confirms everything with you on video, and nothing is cut on AI numbers alone.
Are the try-on photos what I will receive?
They are illustrations to help you choose. Colours and patterns come from photos of the actual cloth; we can also send a cut sample of the cloth before sewing.
What if it does not fit?
Free 3-year warranty: adjustments after a 3–5 kg change, loose buttons or seams. If the suit does not look right, Mon Amie refunds 100%.
Can I pay from abroad?
Yes. International cards are accepted (we send a secure payment link after the call); in Vietnam you can use a bank transfer by QR. Deposit 50%, the rest on delivery.
How long do you keep my photos?
Only Mon Amie stylists see your photos, solely for your try-on and fitting. They are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Do I need to visit a showroom?
No. If you are in Vietnam you are welcome at any of our five showrooms, or we can come to your home or office.
How are prices shown?
List prices in VND before 8% VAT; USD is an approximate conversion for reference. The final price is confirmed on the video call. International shipping is quoted on confirmation.
