DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY AT MON AMIE
1/ Delivery coverage
Mon Amie offers door-to-door delivery nationwide and also supports delivery worldwide.
2/ Delivery time
Delivery takes 1–2 days (from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., all week) for orders within Ho Chi Minh City.
Inter-provincial orders are delivered within 2–6 working days (from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday).
International orders are expected to be delivered within 7–20 working days.
Delivery time is counted from the moment your order has been successfully confirmed with Mon Amie's customer care staff.
3/ Delivery fee
Orders with a payment value under VND 1,000,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of VND 30,000.
Orders with a payment value of VND 1,000,000 or more receive free delivery.
International orders are charged at the carrier's rates.
4/ Order tracking
You can track the current status of your order online.
5/ Inspection on receipt
Mon Amie currently uses a delivery service that allows customers to inspect the goods on receipt, so when the carrier contacts you for delivery, please check the quantity and quality of the products before accepting them.
